Level 3 Teaching Assistant – Permanent Position
31.25 Hours per week over 5 days.
Band 6-7. NJC Points 7 – 17
Actual Salary – £18,687 – £21,956 (depending on experience)

We are seeking to appoint a dynamic, enthusiastic and committed person to join our Teaching Assistant team, supporting teaching and learning and the personal development of pupils within our KS1 and KS2
You will be working alongside our teaching team to provide high quality teaching and learning experiences for our children. You may also be required to cover whole classes alongside other support staff.
We are looking for a candidate who:
- Has the skills and knowledge to support all children within our school, within the National Curriculum
- Has a good understanding of children and is able to form positive relationships
- Can use effective strategies to promote positive attitudes to learning
- Have very high expectations of children’s attainment and behaviour
- Behave in a professional manner within a team environment
- Is a flexible and creative team player with strong interpersonal skills and a good sense of humour.
