The Freedom of Information Act 2000 seeks to ensure that public authorities, including all maintained schools, should be clear and proactive about the information they will make public.
Silsden Primary School is required to comply with the provisions of the Act and related legislation. This provides a general entitlement to any person to be able to access information held by our school, subject to exemptions and exceptions laid down by the relevant legislation.
